    Does an�one know a free app to make the camera silent when I take a picture on my curve 9300?

    There are no apps that are free or available for silencing the shutter sound on OS6.

    I use CameraMuteApp V1.12 from xoxoboon.com and it works great on my 9780 OS6.0.0.285. Free app.

    Yeah, I was always curious about how this app became a paid app.

    It was free for a long time.

    It works on OS6 I believe....i tried it on my 9650. I also have had it floating around in backups and restoring it.

    Hate to burst bubbles here. But that app IS FREE!!!! I just downloaded it and it works on OS 6 or 5 and its free. Just you have to sometimes mute it because it would un mute itself.

    I use QuickLaunch for that, it has many good features in addition to the ability of muting the camera, flashlight, reset device, AutoFill text, etc.
