it has come to my attention this morning that for the past year, in a period of every 3 months DRI APP WORLD from luxembourg have been tacking out payments from my credit card of about $15 and i have never bought an app nor received an email of confirmation of purchase.
can someone explain this CRAP! THIS IS FREAKIN FRAUD!
WHO DO I CONTACT BESIDES MY CC COMPANY TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER?
contact rim first, then contact your cc provider. may be an error on their side rather than fraud, i would call rim customer support and explain to them, your account would show a receipt of it if you purchased something if it doesnt you shouldnt get charged.
