1) You can always reload from appworld or where you downloaded from.
2) If you already paid for some then contact the payee/download service for a code to reload at no charge.
3) Your data for the apps should be on your microSD card.
4) If you downloaded lots'a stuff, chances are you will only re-install those that are essential.
Sorry, but you make for a cautionary tale. There is NO REASON to wipe your Bold before upgrading -- and, as your situation makes clear, one very good reason not to wipe.
Upgrading with AppLoader (loader.exe) wipes the phone during the upgrade process AND backs up and restores your 3rd party apps and other data beforehand.
You can also download BBSAK on your PC and use it to back up your 3rd party apps.
Almost done but it was good, I didn't install some apps that don't use but some I don't know where I got them :S
