BOLT is by far the best browser for the Blackberry at this point.
The new Opera Mini 5 that was released last week is by far the best browser available for BB.
Rim just bought out some mobile browser company that utilizes Webkit (Torch I believe) and also has stated that they will soon add Flash to its browser.
I know that some Symbian S60 devices utilize Flash Lite, not sure I can remember any WinMo units that have flash enabled browsers. Skyfire was the closest browser, that I can remember, that actually resembled flash being enabled on a WinMo browser.
