FINALLY a VOIP phone app for the Blackberry by Dell
Dell Voice, the service that offers a free local phone number -through Fongo- has released a Blackberry app that works like a charm. This allows you to use just wifi to make and receive calls. Perfect for long distance or when travelling or out of minutes on your cellphone plan. (OR not using a cellphone plan any more.)

any more detailed experience with it?
the ratings in appworld are not that good.
And we all know, the rating in Appworld are mostly much higher as the app would have, when RIM wouldn't delete bad rating on behalf of the app developer... (often enough seen with my ratings)

i have it on my Itouch it works great on it
On BB you need wifi for some reason i cant hear anything. the call goes out it connects but no voice. when i hotspot my bb and use it on my itouch all is good though.
this was however right after the app released i dont know if it has gotten any better since.

Well, i tried it today, the quality seemed okay. I don't know anyone in one of the free calling cities(well, i do but i don't know how they'd go about a random phone call), but the office number i called(in the free city in my province), the message came though loud and clear.
