Just a quick note. Lost app center for a few weeks. Did it all. Resent service books,re registered,pulled battery. Reloaded
various Os. Nothing. Tried deleting all service books, resent. Still nothing. Then I got the idea of restoring the service books from an old restore. Bang! It worked!!
