Ever since I synced my address book with my e-mail, facebook has lost all the contact pics for my address book. Now it does not automatically update and sync the pics. Anyone know how to fix this?

You might want to open Facebook > Menu > Options... then check the settings your have for "Blackberry Contacts application" and make sure that is still checked... then you can manually update a picture by going into your "Friends" icon at the top, highlight the person you want to update, Menu, Refresh Blackberry Contact.
