I have looked hight and low and haven't been able to find the correct answer. I just purchased a Bold 9780 the other day and have got it up and running with all my apps (including facebook). Everything is working as it should with one exception. When I recieved any facebook notifications to my phone I get the fb icon with the number of messages awaiting to be read but my phone doesn't vibrate or ring to let me know they have arrived. I have had many bb's in the past and all have had an option under the profile settings to change what the phone does when it recieves a notification, but for the life of me I can't find the setting on the 9780.
