Alright I really like the Facebook app, but how do I set it so I only get notifications through the facebook app. I don't want an email, text and facebook notification every time something happens.
You can set it up in your profile settings. There should be a facebook option to go into, so when you receive something in facebook you get a facebook icon on your home screen.

The first time you sign onto Facebook on your Blackberry, you should have two messages ready for you to read, one is Getting Started, and the other is Notifications...it will take you to a link that you can sign into and make your changes.
