I lost my BB yesterday but thankfully I was fully insured and have received my replacement today.
I have noticed however, that MSN messenger & Facebook aren�t loaded on there � when I originally got the phone back in February from the O2 store these two features were loaded on.
Is it a case of me just downloading them again from their respective websites or do I have to do something differently?
