    I installed facebook program and there is no icon on the home screen. i tried taking out the battery and restarting, still no icon. How do i get it to appear?

    Make sure it's installed by going into Options > Advanced Options > Applications and look for it in that list.

    Then on the home screen, press the BB/menu button and select Show All to see if it's hidden.
