remove the check mark from blackberry contacts application
there is a question mark across from every selection which you can click that goes overboard detailing exactly what that selection does..you should have read it before just checking it moving on

To find these friends, your contacts list is sent to Facebook. Connecting and updating your BlackBerry contacts uses network data services, which may incur additional charges.

Nothing about sending phone number requests.

Even when I DL from here and try to put it on my phone from DM it doesn't work. Doesn't show up on DM device application loader and it DLs as a JAD file. OTA DL always fails, too.

I'm on .266

I'm glad that I can finally comment from my BB in the FB app now. I'm definitely diggin the app now. Glad I got rid of my iPhone.

I think I have this application already since users here are saying that they can reply to comments and status updates & stuff using this new facebook app. Idk. I'll check it when I get out of school =]

Or maybe they're REALLY with the program and were trying OS 5 while you were downloading Facebook. That's what I was doing!

I got an error as well about halfway through the download. On wi-fi. Running .266 OS.

As I said, I could never get the OTA to work for me on three different OS versions after a clean wipe (though one of the three doesn't work with ANY version of Facebook). I don't know why it works for some folks and not others, but it works just fine for me when I grab the zip and install it using DM on any 4.6 OS.

I don't know if any of you guys noticed this but when I comment people's status from the app and then actually look at the comment on a computer, it doesn't say via Facebook Mobile, idk just a lil annoying to me haha

I just downloaded it right over my 1.2 as well. My bb is rebooting now so hopefully I will see if there is any changes. I'm also running OS .266. I downloading FB 1.5 via wifi as well.

OTA DL get's me an error.

The OTA download worked for me and I installed over my previous 1.2 version without a problem.
