Can anyone help me figure out why my Facebook app suddenly stopped sending me notifications? It worked for a few weeks, but it's stopped now. The emails are the same, and I didn't download anything that would make it stop working

Mine did that yesterday too. I looked at the account settings and all of the notifications had been turned off without me doing anything. Not sure if that's your problem but that fixed mine.

They've been having some issues with the app. They actually released a new version but by the next day had removed it from the website

I can't even find my FaceBook application right now and I want it- it says it is installed from the desktop manager, but I can't find it. I tried to download it OTA and I keep getting a server error...

I uninstalled mine altogether just based on the bad feedback I've read about Facebook lately. Freed up a lot of memory. :-) Not saying that's a solution, but it worked for me. LOL

I had the same exact problem
but heres the deal
i re did everything basically
changed my login email on facebook
and then changed it back to my blackberry email
turned all the notifications on facebook.com on agian..
and then it was working fine

everything was working fine

that was until i tried logging on facebook on my computer
then it said that my email and password didnt match
i tried the forgot password tool
and it said that my email address is unregistered
i am still logged on my facebook app on my berry
and i can still carry out all the fuctions of my app

one difference tho, is when i try to sign on the facebook mobile site from my blackberry (when i try to view someones page and asks me to sign in)
it says my account has been deactivated

alright srsly the only thing that i could think of is that the facebook app somehow screwed up my account
i dont want to risk deleting the app or signing out off the app because then i will lose complete and total access to my facebook .
I've emailed facebook support countless of times and have recieved no reply yet. This has been several days since the intial problem and i am very frustrated as u could possibly imagine.
Anyone with any hints or help or anything
