I just bought a new Blackberry Curve 8520 and downloaded the FaceBook application to it. It shows in the Blackberry App. screen as 'Installed' and it won't let me install it again and it won't run it, but the icon isn't anywhere on my phone. I have looked thru every folder and it isn't anywhere. Does any one know how I can get this icon to show up? Or how I can delete FaceBook and try downloading it again? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!!!
It will either be in the downloads folder or in the Social Networking one. Show all icons if it still is not there go to the Options screen then Applications if it is not there go back into App World and open the menu and delete. If it is there I would suggest connecting to Desktop Manager on your computer and uninstalling it from the applications loader. After then install it via the mobile.blackberry.com site from your BB browser.
