IM+ (IM+ All-in-One Messenger, IM+ for Skype for iPhone, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Android, Palm) and the beta of Beejive IM (Beejive - instant messaging anywhere) have Facebook chat (with varying levels of success). There's hope that RIM will one day release a FB app with chat.

There's also palringo instant messenger which is free allows you to use facebook, icq, msn, aim, yahoo, and a bunch more. Im using this until they update facebook. Im sure it will be in the next update. Thats the only real major thing missing from the facebook app right now.
