My events from Facebook no longer appear in my calendar. Any ideas as to why this may be happening?

I have the same issue. Even after I wiped my phone and reinstalled my facebook calendar never came back.

Update:

I actually just fixed it. What I had to do, was wipe my phone and re-install facebook. In the facebook program, I had to disable to calendar application and then manually re-connect all of my facebook/blackberry contacts. Then I was able to re-enable my calendar option in Facebook, and voila, all the birthdays were back on my calendar.
