[Pyrrhic]

Apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere - I ran a forum search for facebook and it just seemed to bring up pretty much every thread ever.

Is anyone else having problems with the facebook app pushing old messages? This has been happening for a while to me and some of my friends but it's never been annoying enough that I'd remember to do something about it. Basically, it displays the icon for a new notification, and once I click through to the notifications screen I find it's some old message from weeks or even months ago. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to when it will happen, and it certainly doesn't happen often. Any ideas?

Just for completeness' sake - I have a curve 3210 but it's happened to my friends with Bolds and the newer curve whateverthehellnumberitis. I have my email address for facebook notifications set up for a specific o2 email address which I don't use for anything else.
