Hi.

Iv been having this problem for about a month now.

I used to get alerts through from Facebook when something happened, i.e. somebody wrote on my wall etc.... but all of a sudden the e mail notifications have stopped coming through...?

Iv check and my facebook preferences still have the notifications i want ticked, and i am still receiving all my other e mails as usual... and also my facebook is still hooked up to my e mail address as well.

Im running .113 but this shouldnt be the problem because this never happened when i upgraded. Also i have re sent the service books and Re Registered.

Iv run out of ideas so does any body have any others?

Oh also iv noticed that when loading up pages on the browser, sometimes it just spends forever 'requesting' and then comes back with an error... if i click again it will either repeat this process or go through the site as usual. This is the same with the google app, i put in a search, sometimes it will just give an error. This doesnt happen all the time and is very incosistent but again, it shouldt happen and was never a problem before. Btw my signal is full in these occasions as well so again, this is not an issue.

N e ideas?

I would definitley do a battery pull, remove the battery while the device is ON, wait a minute and replace. Then log in to Facebook via PC and when the page loads, in the right hand corner click on "Settings" and then "Notifications" Make sure your notifications are set up to your liking, then save the changes at the bottom of the page. See if this helps you...

Yeah iv tried that and i always pul the battery/use quick pull pretty much daily so that avenue has been explored... and also as stated, the settings are all good.

Would anyone suggest, deleting and re setting up my E mail on the Storm + deleting Facebook App and re dloading it after (not sure if that would actually make the slightest bit of difference but i really am clutching at straws here...! lol)...
