I did the SAME thing! Finally loaded a leaked 5.0 OS last night (since FB had been having so many issues). And now I get it back a day later?! AWESOME!
Can gladly say it's running fine on my Tour with 5.0.0.230. Very stoked about this!

couldnt get app world to load so i went to blackberry.com/facebook and used that route to download OTA

I think it used to take up about 1mb on my Pearl but the app got reduced to 800-ish KB.

As the site reads what version OS you have installed, if you're on 4.6 then it will only offer .21, but if you're running 5.0 then it will install .22.

This is something all new users should know. Now you do.
