Its been known that certain apps are only available to certain countries and/or operators.

In some of the trips Ive made to foreign countries, I had the chance to download and install some of them that are not accesible in my homeland.

Is there a way to extract these installed files and install them on another device, without the need to download them again?

    Thanks!

doubtful, as the version downloaded was for that specific device/model...

you could try a back up, including third party apps, and then restoring the back-up to another device.. it will probablly have the best results if the device is the same, or at least has the same screen resolution / similar hardware

But didnt answer the question of is there a way?

yes there is, you can use BBSak or BB Boss and back them up.
I do it all the time for friends, because im too lazy to send them OTA links, or search the forums.
