I've tried clearing the cache to no avail, any ideas?
Thanks

Hi,
Just got off a 1 hour tech support call with Rogers and 5 minute call with RIM regarding problems downloading My World Apps. I was trying to download my world apps to my new 9700.
RIM says they are experience problems with users downloading their myworld apps and are working on the solution.
So for those that are having problems - this might be it.
If gotten that error before and turns out I had to log into my pay pal account
When you are on the My World screen in App World hit the blackberry button and select Log in.
See if that works
I restored from a back up, seems to have worked.
Thanks for replies
I'm still having problems.
Suggestions?
here's the error I get when trying to download my apps from my world
(this is a new bb 9700)
"Cannot connect to the Blackberry App World server. Make sure that your device is connected tot he wireless network and try again."
I'm connected to the wireless network, and have been having this problem ever since I switched to the new 9700 on Wednesday.
I can download new apps but just can't log into my world to get the apps I purchased on my bold 9000
Thanks for any suggestions
Make sure you are NOT using Wi-Fi. Mine was screwing up bad with my Wi-Fi connection, but once I turned it off and the phone used its EDGE data network, all was well.
Tried that solution it didn't work either. Any other thoughts?
