What happened was AT&T didn't switch you to a Blackberry Data plan (you can keep unlimited if you had it before). I had a Captivate before the Torch and the guy who helped me didn't switch mine either.
All you need to do is call AT&T wireless customer service. As soon as you call press 0 to speak to an operator and just tell them what happened it took about 5 minutes for it to get fixed over the phone and all I did was restart my phone.
"The username/password combination provided is incorrect.Please try again."
This is what am getting when i try,the whole day today,but when I go on my PC or ma` blackberry mob twitter site,everything is alright!
Is there any one else with this problem!?
