I have installed it but it just loads and doesnt start up?

i haven't had any problems with it. Try reinstalling it.

wow, i didnt' know they even had an app out for bb. i though it was just iphone/android only. is it just a shortcut to their mobile site or an actual app?

edit: nvm..it is an actual app. awesome...not sure how i missed that.
