    I purchased the BES mailbox from Empower earlier this year. My device became defective and RIM replaced it. Now I can not get BES mailbox to work on the new device.

    I have tried contacting Empower through their web site with no luck on what I can do to re-activate their software on my new device.

    Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

    I used the contact form found here Empower Your BlackBerry and I received an answer back within a few hours with my new device's PIN activated for the software.

    Make sure to include your original registration info and new device PIN to speed up the process and make it easy for them.

    thanks...i tried that one before i posted here and never heard back. i did find an actually email address days later and finally got it working again on my new device
