Well, they come with Password Keeper but there is no desktop/computer complementary application so it is all on the BB. You can use Desktop Manager to back it up but still can't edit on a computer.
I use DataVault which has a Windows version. I don't know if they have a Mac version.
some popular, splashid, ewallet, and datavault
Thanks to all for your input.
I asked a similar question. You can find some goof info here. http://forums.crackberry.com/f35/pas...so-one-391119/
KeepassBB is the best and free
Posted from my BlackBerry using BerryBlab
I have been using this software for a while and I think it's difficult to find a better one. Since I moved away from my Palm and begun using my first blackberry I searched until I found DataVault. It has worked perfectly in my blackberrys and in my desktops (I have had two of each). It syncs through the blackberry desktop manager and the support if you ever need it is great.
Sorry TheBronx...couldn't pass up the typo! Very amusing. :)

What about LastPass? Perhaps you might check it out? LastPass - Password Manager, Form Filler, Password Management
Ascendo DataVault looks to be very good too; I tried it and liked it, but at the present time I can't justify the cost.
KeePass is free and very effective. Does it work on Macs? This I do not know.
I'm using LastPass and absolutely love it. I've tried them all, SplashID, 1Password(on my Mac) and Ascendo Data Vault.
I would sync Ascendo via a Virtual machine on my Mac and it worked well, but I had to remember to sync.
LastPass is a damned good app. It works in my browser and my Blackberry (I paid the $12 Annual fee to get the Blackberry piece)
Highly recommended
* Before anyone says "I don't want to store my passwords on some server", the answer is you are not, they are stored locally. If LastPass went away, you'd still have your passwords.

Is online access required to get to data?
I admit: it does look good.
Are you referring to LastPass? LastPass can access your information from an online database or one stored on your BB, ergo no airtime needed. You have the option of either when you open the program.
