    hello every one i have a 1 month old 8900 and i downloaded the bb store and for some reason the red led flashes and nothing ealse works if you can help i would be so happy thanks

    Could you shed a little more light on what else isn't working? Is the phone off and only the LED is flashing?

    If you had a 3td party theme, try this.
    Hook it up to the PC, start Desktop manager, remove the active 3rd party theme you had active.

    If you don't have a 3rd party theme, try uninstalling the BB App World the same way.

    Have you tried to do a battery pull? While your device is on (or the led is flashing in your case) wait 30 seconds or so, then put it back in.
