Download apps that should be compatible but are not

FIRST POST! First of all, I'm loving my first blackberry... so glad I chose a Tour instead of a bold 9000! p.s. I was a former iPhone 4 user

I'm currently using an unlocked Blackberry Tour 9630 in Canada with Rogers network.

They have this app called "My Account" where you will be able to view your account billing details, usage and etc.

I've been wanting to download it on my Tour since it's a really handy app. However, whenever I try to download the app, I get prompted with "This application isn't compatible with your device... bla bla" message

However, my device passes every requirement except the "Supported Devices"

I'm curious whether or not there is a method in which you can bypass in order to download this app.
