Does new google voice have a audible alert/notification?

I know the last one did not, also wondering if there is a push feature with the alert?

I get an alert when I get a new voicemail to my gmail, why not on the google voice.. the refreshing shouldnt be needed.

Nope... Still no notifications audibly as of yet... not quite sure what the update did at all, except become Storm compatible.. Granted, you could d/l on the storm before through a back-door, but now it's available through the m.google.com site..
