no

From what I can notice, there are some major publishers who do not partner with Mobihand, for example one being Electronic Arts - so you'll be missing out on cool games like Need for Speed Shift 3D
I've purchased a couple of games from Electronic Arts and I don't really see any "support". I've got one game that works so horribly I emailed them to see if there was an update. A week later they still couldn't tell me.
I like ER games but won't be buying direct from them until they come up with something.
OP: Crackberry has most of what App World has and more (though ultimately I guess that's Mobihand).

From what i can see apps are either on one or the other, not on both. So to see all BB Apps you need to look at both.
Several apps appear both places.

The major problem I have with the App World is that most apps are restricted to US, UK and Canada. What's worse, is that Australia's App World has no paid option, which means local developers have little reason to make BlackBerry apps for the local market. They've all gone over to make apps for the iPhone.
I am tempted to leave BlackBerry just because so many free apps aren't available in Australia.

Wow I can see why the Blackberry Market is so weak in some parts of the world....
