I guess I need to ask this a different way so I get an answer. Does anyone else have a problem with opera mini not saving usernames and passwords?

Do you mean like here on CrackBerry, where there is an option to check a box to remember a password? That is a function of cookies, and my OM5b2 does this flawlessly.

Try going into Options> Privacy> and make sure that "Accept Cookies" and "Password Manager" are both "On."

Are you running OperaMini 5 beta 2? If not, you might want to upgrade. If that's not it, you could uninstall and reinstall. Other than that, I'm out of options.

Same thing with me. Opera mini was saving passwords until a week ago. It happened out of nowhere and all my settings are correct. Dunno what happened or how to fix it but its very inconvient. I'm using opera mini beta 2 on my storm 2.

I notice Opera Mini has been taken longer to load the sites. When I first used it, it was really quick. Now it much slower. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Actually I just checked and mine is no longer saving them, either. And it was prior to about a week or so ago. I loved having my OWA screen load with everything in there so I just had to hit login. Now I have to retype my user name AND password every time and it's not even asking me if I want it saved.

My settings are also correct and I haven't changed anything within Opera.

I know this is off topic...but how did you guys download Opera Mini? I keep ending up on a screen that says, "Your phone model was detected as Blackberry-9500...please select the link below to download..." But there is no link that I can click on..

It must be an S2 issue, cuz I never had this problem with my S1 all the way up until this morning when I got my S2.
