    Do the applications Bing and Slacker Radio come with the Storm, or were they carried over to my new storm from my old micro sd card?

    Verizon pushes the Icon to your phone. If you don't want to use them, I suggest hiding the Icons. If you are successful in deleting them, they will just show up again when you reboot and/or new service books are sent.

    Yes, I believe they push both. I use Slacker so I have it active, but I have hidden Bing.

    You can check to see if they have been installed by looking in Options>Applications. If they are not installed then you only have the Icon.

    And just to clear up that last part of your question, no apps reside on your sd card, so they could not have been "carried over."
