I'm sure they on the phone.. why else would they want them deleted? lol
Highlight the app. hit the BB key and then you will see delete...

no, not at all. if there not installed, its not hurting the memory. now if there installed, just uninstall them. its really no big deal

no, if you go open up your application center on your phone. you will see a list on whats installed and not installed.
it will say on the far right if its installed or not

options, advanced options, applications....highlight and delete it.
simply deleting from screen wont do anything to the memory

People people PEOPLE! If you don't see the app listed in applications, then what you're seeing are the pushed installer service books. You can delete them, but they'll come back after a reboot.
