Hey everyone,

I'm new to BB, I downloaded the weather.com app and then deleted it a day later, but the stupid icon won't go away in my apps, anyone know how to get this to go away. When I have it highlighted and hit the BB button, nothing will come up. Thanks

The app is deleted but the icon is persistent? Try a battery pull (remove the battery for 20 seconds), it should get it fixed.

Alt + R Shift + Delete works great for things like that, too. I was having a similar problem--the symbol for new messages wouldn't go away and always told me I had one more message than I actually had, until someone here told me about that shortcut to reboot.
