Double check your media card, as they are usually automatically backed up on the card. Do a USB connect to your computer and look through the files. If they are not there, then the next question would be do you have any backups on your computer either through the Desktop manager or BBSAK? If so, just restore from there.

I thought 3rd party apps were part of the device memory not the media card
Connect to DM. Click on Applications then on Import. A window will pop and you can browse to the location where you save the backup file and select it. DM will read the contents of the backup and you can select individual apps and themes to reinstall on your BB.

That is generally true, but third party ringtones are like MP3s and automatically put on your media card. Not so for themes, however. It looks like WNM has given you a more detailed way to get to your backup file on your desktop. Follow that and you should be okay with both...assuming you backed up your files.
