Guys,name the best free app for capturing my screen?I got the bold 9900 and if it is possible to not work in background or slow down my phone?Thanks in advance!

advance OS has amongst its many other utilities, the feature to capture screen. No watermarks.
I use quicklaunch and the app has its built-in screen cap.
A great file explorer called FileScout has it too. Another great utility is SixTools, where you can map one of the side keys to capture the screen.
And of course there is always Screen Muncher...
