I searched some old threads and apparently Viber announced it will make an app for BB.... This was almost a year ago. Anyone have an update on this or know if there are any other apps out there yet with this feature? I have OS 7.1 and the only thing BB has right now is Wi-Fi Calling which doesn't help much since i'm rarely around a wifi hotspot.

I'm waiting for the BB Viber app as well. A while back Tring Me was suggested, http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...r-wifi-544958/ . I tried it but never got it to successfully work out for me.

Yeah i tried it too , seems like a lot of providers have blocked tring me.
