Hi there! Really hoping someone can help! I went through some of the previous threads but can't seem to quite figure things out. I was updating my applications when my computer overheated and shutdown - since I've been getting the screen of death - ie - App Error 205 - Reset. It's a vicious cycle, the reset does nothing. Also, on my computer, the Device Manager is installed as such:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion

there are then two folders, one is Blackberry and the other Blackberry Media Sync. One of the forums had said to go into Research In Motion and find something called "loader" but basically there isn't one!

I have downloaded the most recent OS from RIM directly from my carrier and was wondering if someone could please walk me through how to get my bb back up and running! I'm thinking it should've backed up before the app update in any case, right?
