Crunchsms problem for BB Tour

When I receive a text msg the little msg icon at the top of the screen does not show up! HELPPPP

It may be theme related? What theme are you using?

And - the ever-popular question: Have you tried resetting your phone (i.e. battery pull or other substitute)?
