I don't know if it would even be possible, or if it would suck up too much memory and battery life. But I think it would be cool to have an app that measures the distance you scroll on the track pad. As in like inches feet and miles.. Or using metrics either one. Haha I'm just curious is that even possible?

A pedometer for the finger or a digitometer!
I don't think an app an measure far enough for my trackball use :D

Cracking idea, would be fun to find out but just wouldn't be a useful enough app. Then again iPhone's have tons of useless apps and no-one complains. I think RIM need to up their ante!
Exactley! games have no use either but just to liven up the phone a little. I have the "I love my blackberry" app and that is not useful jsut tells me how much time i kill using my phone a day.
