Why not support your current customers?
I didn't want to post on the forum my problems but since you opened the door why not.
I have emailed you twice and have not received any response.
I purchased 3.0 two weeks ago.
I have an 8350i running 4.6.1.83
Problems with GetItBack:
1. can't activate the phones Ringer
2 can't activate the phones alarm
3. Doesn't read Sim card, ( Last Known Sim Details: E?wb?.PJ.8 ?)
4. If I do a battery pull the program doesn't work unless I re-register it with the server. So if someone finds my phone and does a battery pull to put in thier sim card then this program is useless.
Why not ask your current customers first to Beta test instead of of posting to a forum for publicity.
