i tried opening my message folder and my text folder and they both would not open i got a uncaught exception error at first i pulled the battery and powered back on and still cant access my sms or message folders... when i tried to access them a second time the screen turned white like it was tryin to reset itself but didnt turn off it seems to be stuck on that white screen there is a app error 523 in the middle of the screen can anyone tell me what that is
what os are you running? any custom themes?
I'm with Paul, it's a misbehaving theme, or 3rd party app most likely. Are you on 151? If so that version does not like themes, the solution is to boot the storm to safe mode and revert back to the default Zen theme. Pull the battery and then hold the back button as the storm is starting up to go in to safe mode and then go back to the default theme under options. Also if it's an app, try removing the latest app you have installed.
no themes other than the original... only a handful of 3rd party apps.. google maps capture it quikpull and ubertwitter
