    So I just go the sprint blackberry, and currently am unable to connect over wifi to anything. I am able to get out on all my other devices, including iPhone. Though the browser, nor facebook will connect and tells me that i need to contact my service provider. I am not able to send emails either. What options do i have to fix this?

    Also the blackberry is getting an IP and should be able to connect. There is DHCP available on the router. Yet nothing happens. And am still not able to connect over wifi.

    Running 6.0 Bundle 1659 (v6.0.0.415)

    Do you have an active BLACKBERRY Data Plan from your carrier/service provider?

    This has happened to me before - call your carrier; there is probably something jacked-up with the settings.
