I recently tried to download a couple of APPS and after entering my device password and my BB ID sign-in info, I get the message:

"Your internet email accounts, as well as some APPS and services will be automatically transferred. In some cases, email won't be sent to your previous smartphone"

I cancelled the downloads until I can figure out what's happening.

Canb anyone tell me what this is about?

Did you have a different bb before which you were using that bbid on ?
It probably wants to transfer all your email info to the new phone and associate it with your bbid.
