I downloaded the program that allows me to view my account information from Citi on my phone. I thought it would be a citi bank application but its not. It has the ability to add other accounts. However, I have no idea how to get an activation code from chase. I contacted them and they just tell me how to get one for the mobile website.

when you download the application, it should ask you if this is your first time downloading and you choose yes, they will send you a separate text message that has the code in it.
