As I await the arrival of my 8330 in the mail, I am trying to get everything I need downloaded and ready to just sync.

As much as people seem to like the on-board calendar on the BB, I dislike it. A lot.

I'm looking for a good 3rd party app that works as a great organizer.

I'm also looking for an app to use a checkbook ledger, to keep track of my money.

Any suggestions?

I use and love Ascendo money which also has a powerful desktop client to sync with.

As far as organizer you might look at Agendus or PocketDay (or PocketToday?).
