so i've spent like an hour messing around. first, i couldn't even access gmail to download it through the browser. i fiddled around and switched some option to "media net", and i was then able to use the at&t browser to download gmail.

when i open it, though, it keeps saying i don't have a connection. i'm suspecting it's not using my wap service or something...google maps at first also didn't work, but when i switched that option to Media net, it works now. kinda confused.

i am sub'ed to the blackberry unlimited personal plan from at&t.

i should note that this was all working well before. but i had to swap my blackberry for a new one cuz the other one was messed up, so this is all on a new blackberry where i backed things up from old blackberry, moved to new blackberry, and used old SIM.

You need to call your carrier as it sound as if the data plan is not setup right for that phone.
