I need the UPS mobile app so that I can track some packages that I had shipped off. When I go into the app world I can't find it...but when I go to it online it sends me a email that sends me back to the site instead of the download site....can someone please help me

Do you have the required OS installed on your phone?

Just to be sure, update your phone to the latest OS.

Options > Advanced Options > Wireless Update

You can also use Desktop Manager (or the AppLoader) to update your phone.

i have .734 so that's not the issue...i just cant find it...i send the link email from the blackberry app world site last night, but when I click on the email it just takes me back to the app site...basically not giving me the option to download it

Unfortunately, the app is not compatible with 8530 (or maybe your carrier).

I tried downloading it, it gave me this error, 'This application is not available on your device or your carrier'...

I have the 8530, by Sprint, running .734.

There is an older UPS app. Have you tried going to ups.com?

It's been almost a year now and there's been no change. Still cannot be downloaded. Anybody any idea why the 8530 is being alienated?

yeah bc it was eol'd last year.
