    Did you d/l it through your phone, or did you load it through DM? If you used DM make sure you didn't download it into another folder.
    Also try a battery pull (this will solve ALOT of problems you will find)

    Ok, did that. I am looking in downloads and in apps, can't find in either place.

    i did the dl, then re reboot, so i know it installed.
