[sting0387]

Before I install any apps on my storm running .419 I can stream mp4 files on my phone. After I install a 3rd party app like slacker I get errors when trying to play the mp4s saying that there was an error when attempting to play the media. If I go to security options - wipe phone and select on 3rd party applications and I reboot the phone is able to play the same mp4s that were not playing after any 3rd party apps were installed. Has anyone had this problem or know of a fix? I thought it might have been a problem with the browser files from .419 so I changed them different release versions like .405 etc but the problem persists. Help
