Not sure if this is the right forum to ask this. If not, please direct me...

When I try to open a PDF attachment in a message, I get:

"! This attachment type cannot be viewed on your device"

I double-checked with DM, and I do have the Attachment Service installed.

what did you do to fix this issue? I am having this issue now and can't seem to rectify. It is not a problem with the email because I can forward the email from my blackberry to another blackberry and it opens fine on the second.
